A Simple Setup for Easy Integration
We thoughtfully designed this automatic titration system to have a small footprint. The flexible electrode holder and magnetic stirrer are directly built into the top of the titrator unit instead of on the side. This ensures that the titrator requires minimal space in a laboratory setting, helping improve workflow and increase productivity.
Auto Titrator Features at a Glance
Tough Cycoloy® Body and Chemically Resistant Tubing
Durable, heat-resistant and resistant to staining. The titrator menu buttons are part of the display, making it fully sealed and easy to clean.
Aspiration and dispensing tubes are constructed of chemically resistant PTFE and feature a light-blocking polyurethane outer sleeve to protect light-sensitive reagents.
A Flexible Electrode Holder with Adjustable Arm
- Use electrodes with different diameters by simply changing the electrode guide.
- Create the best tube alignment for your titration with a rotating holder. There is no need to move electrodes around.
- Conveniently modify the height of the electrode holder using the adjustable arm and press-to-release button.
- Positions the electrodes in the center of the beaker, allowing for smaller sample sizes.
Magnetic Stirrer
Stirring ensures uniform mixing of the titrant and sample, allowing the reaction to reach completion.
40,000-Step Dosing Pump
Capable of dosing extremely small volumes of titrant so you can achieve a very precise endpoint.
Multiple Titration Types
Paired with the right electrode, this potentiometric titrator can perform a variety of standard titrations, including pH and mV tests with fixed endpoints or single equivalence points.
Dynamic Titrant Dosing
Guarantees timely and accurate results by relating the titrant volume dosed to the mV response from the titration reaction. This allows larger doses at the beginning of a titration and smaller, more precise doses near the titration endpoint.
Equivalence Endpoint Detection
Crucial for applications where fixed endpoints are not specified in standard methods. This endpoint indicates where the mV response from the titration is greatest with respect to the volume of titrant dosed.
Signal Stability Timing
Monitors when the mV response of the titration reaction stabilizes before providing the next titrant dose. This ensures dependable measurement values throughout the titration.
Clip Lock™ Exchangeable Burette System
With this special feature, it only takes a few seconds to exchange titrants and reagents, helping prevent cross-contamination. An audible clicking sound confirms that the Clip Lock is securely in place.
Gutters and Wells
Provides optimal protection against spills. An external gutter system shields important connections from spills, while interior trays help safeguard internal electronics.
Security Options for Users
Determine appropriate permission settings for each user, administrator, or non-administrator level to prevent unwanted edits or changes to titration method options and results.
Administrators can also set a PIN code on the titrator unit to protect against unauthorized access.

Get More Done

Doubles as a Research-Grade pH/mV Meter
With our versatile Automatic Titrator, multiple analyses can be performed using one sample. This unit functions not only as a titrator, but also as a pH meter and mV/ORP meter.
Hanna Instruments offers a variety of compatible BNC pH electrodes to choose from, allowing you to select the electrode best suited to your application.

Why Switch from Manual to Automatic Titration?
| Manual Titration |
Automatic Titration |
|
Interpreting Results By Eye Is Tricky and Can Vary
Indicator colors used to determine the endpoint are subjective and can look different to each operator.
|
Monitors and Detects the Exact Endpoint for You
Eliminate the guesswork. Once the titration is complete, a digital result is displayed on the easy-to-read screen.
|
|
Inconsistent Results and Room for Error
Several operator shift changes can occur in a laboratory, making it difficult to attain reproducible measurements.
|
Achieve Repeatable Results at the Push of a Button
Users can perform and replicate tests the same way each time with high accuracy.
|
|
Inconvenient and Inefficient
Manual titrations are time-consuming and require your full attention. Over-titrating and re-running titrations can occur.
|
Free Up Your Time and Increase Productivity
An Automatic Titrator performs the bulk of the work for you. While a titration is running, you can focus on other tasks.
|
|
Record Keeping Is a Hassle
Data is documented by hand in a laboratory notebook or entered digitally. Both approaches can be prone to mistakes.
|
Gain Complete Data Traceability
Generate detailed digital reports. Required data is automatically stored for each application and GLP information is recorded.
|
|
Increases Chemical Consumption and Expenses
A high volume of titrant may be needed to compensate for the inability to deliver small doses.
|
Reduce Titrant and Sample Usage
The system can dose extremely small volumes of titrant into small sample sizes, helping minimize waste.
|
Stay Compliant with Traceable Data Right at Your Fingertips

Prepare for Audits and Meet Requirements
Store up to 50 titration and pH/mV customizable analysis reports and simply transfer data via USB.
Information such as date, time, method settings, results and calibration data are recorded with each sample.
In addition, a real-time titration curve can be displayed during each titration. This is useful when new methods are tested or when a procedure requires optimization.
